What you need to do at this TIME?
Lungs – Toxic waste from your lungs is loosened at around 5AM. At this time wake up and drink water & walk for a while at time of 5 to 7 AM. Also do meditation and breathing exercises.
Large Intestine – Drinking plenty of water and defecating at around 5-7AM repairs the colon. “Sleeping at this period can lead to constipation & other health issues.”
Stomach – Between 7-9AM the stomach energies are high. “Do not take big meals.”
Start with water and liquid substance like milk, juice etc.
Spleen – The spleen gets cleaned form 9-11AM. At this time “Digestive fire is at its peak”. It is the ideal time to have the main meal of the day.
HEART - At the time of 7-11AM food materials enter the blood stream. “Heart pumps nutrients throughout the system and takes liquid requirements.”
Small Intestine – From 1-3PM food requiring longer digestion times complete their digestion.
Bladder – Metabolic waste from the morning’s nutrition intake clears. Making room for the kiideny’s filtration to come. This process takes around 3-5PM.
Kidneys – Between 5-7PM kidney filters blood, maintain proper chemical balance of blood based on nutritional intake of the day. “Blood delivers all available nutrients to tissues.”
Pancreas – Nutrients are carried to the capillaries and to each cell between 7-9PM. “Eating sweets in this period causes lower back pain.”
Blood vessels – “9-11PM” Blood vessels go into repair mode. “If you get headaches, feel abnormally tired this means that your blood vessels are in heavy repair.
